Comprehensive Student Files

I'm a new user and am setting up my kit. So far, I'm sad to say that I'm finding this process incredibly frustrating and limiting. I will admit I should've vetted this program better, but with limited time and needing a solution quickly I made the assumption this was an improved SLPtoolkit. As an SLPA I loved the idea of having the ability to have mulitple users in one account, ability for recordings, and uploading documents. However, the interface isn't intuitive and there are SO many necessary features missing. My #1 frustration is that there should be a way for a team to contribute to, and review a students entire file that is complete with all notes and data. I'm hopeful that this problem is user error. I was also surprised to see baseline assessments missing (to be fair, I should've noticed this during the trial). But the fact there isn't really a good way to input this information other then uploading a document (which is cubersome-same as uploading to google drive) really affects the overall benefit of recording data into the program. Additionally, the omission of the small yearly calendar under the scheduling tab, and no ability to search for a student is resulting in extra time sorting through the entire caseload. To speed things up I'll navigate back to the student caseload expecting to see all the student informaton, but, it's not there. Finally, I having trouble viewing individual student information if they are grouped on the schedule. The only solution I have found is to schedule each student seperately for the same time rather than putting them into a group. Would you suggest a different way to do this? My district purchased kit for our team so I'm locked in until our subscription expires. That said, I love toolkit, so I imagine with a little guidence and reassurance of future features this can work for us. In the meantime I will watch the videos and continue reaching out in the chat.
